The team at ertho reached out to Rivenox with an idea for an innovative climate action website which allows everyday people to easily and conveniently offset their own personal carbon footprint.

The brief was to create a beautiful, seemless website which could pull together different cachements of interest into a cohesive flow. Our designers got to work on understanding the targetted demographics, user journeys and functionality the website offered before creating emotive designs. The Rivenox design process aims to tackle the indecisive nature of UI/UX by creating multiple versions of designs, have regularly feedback with stakeholders to zone in and agree the design assets before using these assets to rapidly cover all of the flows and functionality.

Once we finalised the design direction and overall personality of the website the Rivenox engineering team were able to get involved and using Agile delivery built an animated and fast website which engages the users, shows off the ertho mission and makes climate action available to everyone.

We liked the ertho project so much Rivenox became their first corporate customer!

Dr. Barbara Sturm the leading skincare brand found themselves in a common situation for most businesses in that their valuable customer and business data existed in siloed systems. Using the data came with a lack of confidence due to the manual exporting, importing, merging and validating with the process often repeated on a weekly basis. Enough was enough and DBS reached out to Rivenox.

The Rivenox Data & AI teams immediately launched a Discovery to understand all of the different business units problems and needs for a solution - where the data was located, how is it maintained, how frequently does it need to be used and what systems need to use it.

Based on the captured feedback the Rivenox team created the data warehouse, defined appropriate integration methods, imported the data with full hygeine treatment and ensured it arrived in the hands of the users as they needed it.

Now with all its data centralised and connected the team at DBS have an even greater understanding of its customers and their preferences ensuring their products and services continue to provide best in class experiences.

Keeping large companies efficient is incredibly difficult due to the constant balancing of growing using what has worked previously and transformation in preparing for the future. Valentino found themselves in such a situation in that their retail and ecommerce businesses were almost abstract from each other leading to no single view on inventory or customer, no in boutique support for out of stock items and lost sales as a result.

Rivenox immediately mapped out a vision of one connected view of customers and inventory which allows online customers to see available stores with inventory for collection, boutique to boutique shipments, in store inventory checking of neighbouring boutiques and online and in store returns and exchanges.

Whilst these changes were complex in nature once achieved they had dramatic results with some regions benefitting from +30% increase in sales simply from reducing lost sales due to a holistic view on inventory.

It is important for companies to regularly pause, reflect and address systematic inefficiencies and with the right support can often be addressed relatively quickly with immediate benefits.

Case Study

MZ Skin and Rivenox embarked on a partnership which would see Rivenox take over support of all MZ Skin ecommerce operations. The initial focus was to stabilise order fulfilment issues which was impacting its operations and customer satisfaction. Having this foundation in place is crucial to any ecommerce brand.

The next phase was to scale back and simplify some of the website customer flows with certain screens seeming overwhelming and confusing.

Finally Rivenox worked with MZ Skin to systematically create a new design ethos for its website with small frequent releases to revitalise its offering leading to a fast, slick and engaging website.
